Turn natural speech into real work with SpeakON Agent. It understands your Notes, connects your tools, and prepares Actions for you to review and confirm.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Ryan here, founder of SpeakON.
Six months ago, this community helped make SpeakON #1 Product of the Day. Thank you for trying it and helping shape what came next.
Today, we're back with SpeakON Agent, taking SpeakON beyond voice input to help you act on what’s on your mind.
To mark the launch, we drove an actual steamroller over 1,000 keyboards. Yes, really. They were responsibly recycled afterward.
We’re not asking you to give up your keyboard. But a simple thought shouldn’t require opening three apps and typing the same details again.
We built SpeakON to shorten the distance from thought to action: an AI communicator with a physical button for your iPhone.
Press the button and say what you need, even while your iPhone is locked:
📅 “Find a time that works for Alex, Maya, and me, schedule a meeting, and share the details on Slack.” SpeakON creates the event and prepares a Slack update for you to review before sending.
📧 “Draft an email to Sarah about tomorrow’s meeting and ask her to bring the updated proposal.” SpeakON prepares a Gmail draft for you to review.
Works with Apple Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Reminders, plus Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Slack, Google Drive, Notion, and Evernote. More integrations are on the way.

I'll be here throughout the day. I'd especially love to hear: What’s one task you’d love to handle with a single spoken request?
Honest questions and tough feedback are both welcome.
@rockzhang Congrats Ryan and the SpeakON team! 🎉 Love this direction! Curious, what's the most surprising way people have been using SpeakON so far? Are people already using it for more complex tasks, or mostly sticking to the simple stuff?
Thanks, Helen! The interesting jump is from capturing a thought to handling the follow-up: a meeting, an email, and a team update from one request. Curious to see which combinations people settle into.
@vijayanandkailash It’s not necessarily better than Apple’s mics, but its biggest advantage is this: you can whip it out anytime, push a button, and just start talking. Catching the moment is what really matters.
This might be well-suited for keeping a journal. I’d like to be able to retain my raw, unstructured voice memos while also including a more clearly organized summary—with the ability to see which specific time segments in the original recording each part of the summary corresponds to.
Keeping the raw thought alongside a clean summary makes sense. Linking each summary point back to the exact moment in the recording is a useful suggestion too. Thanks, Anthony!
Thanks, Zafer! Accuracy depends on the language and recording conditions, so I wouldn't give you one blanket percentage. You can review and voice-edit the task before confirming.
It starts with your request, Jack. Agent works through the steps, pauses for approval where needed, and runs the steps that don't need confirmation automatically.
Great to hear, Jason! Thanks for giving it a go. Would love to hear which task it's been most useful for.

@rockzhang Definitely voice to Japanese-translated email content for us, the screen shifting before to get this done would have taken over 5 minutes, now its a breeze

I think more dialects should be included to make it diverse
The review-before-sending step is the part I'd want to understand first — for a spoken request that touches more than one tool, like scheduling a meeting and sharing it on Slack, do you get one combined confirmation to review, or a separate confirmation for each action? And if one part looks wrong, can you fix just that part by voice without redoing the whole request?

Can I correct the time or name by voice before the action is sent?
Yes! Use Voice edit on the prepared task to correct the name or time, then review it before confirming.
@rockzhang Thanks, Ryan. Good to know there is a review step before confirming.
I wonder it's accuracy ratio.
Nice idea.
Thanks, Zafer! Accuracy depends on the language and recording conditions, so I wouldn't give you one blanket percentage. You can review and voice-edit the task before confirming.
Quick question: would it take proactive actions to user to carry out tasks?
It starts with your request, Jack. Agent works through the steps, pauses for approval where needed, and runs the steps that don't need confirmation automatically.
glad this is out, a button on a locked phone is where I'd actually use it. can I dictate in one language and have the email go out in another?
Yes, Olia. SpeakON's keyboard can translate your dictation into another language, and you can review the wording before inserting it into your email.
Had a go on this last week, works great, just what we needed!
Great to hear, Jason! Thanks for giving it a go. Would love to hear which task it's been most useful for.

I think more dialects should be included to make it diverse
Agreed, Wilson. Which dialects would you most like to see? Specific examples would help us understand where recognition needs work.

It goes step by step: actions that need approval pause for you; others run automatically. You can use Voice edit to correct details before confirming.
