The story behind Sous: I started building this as a simple recipe generator, but I realized that recipes are only scratching the surface. The problem is that moment when you're hungry, you have tons of ingredients, but somehow nothing to make.
After countless instances of this happening and probably hundreds--if not thousands--of dollars in wasted groceries, I decided to build an app that would help me plan better, eat healthier and more adventurous meals, and save some money to boot.
