Sounds good, I’ve been using LLMs to trade stocks for months and it’s works well. Looking forward to trying this and seeing if it can outperform.
@rishab_mehra This only a screener. Its not a trade execution tool at the moment only a research tool. Trying to make trader's watchlist building process less cumbersome. Solving one in efficiency at a time, going to make Sortefi a must have trader's tool.
Thank you so much for writing !!!!!
Interesting! A market screener that makes custom code and runs on it live market price and fundamental data.
Are there perhaps any limitations to the depth and breadth of the markets this can scan?
@aditya_das17 So currently sortefi can scan US equities and ETF, Indian equities, Global forex and commodities and crypto markets with upto 1 Min timeframe resolution.
In terms of indicators, you can use all the basic indicators with any customs setting e.g you can scan the market using custom RSI or EMA settings (just to name some of the basic indicators), paired with price maths, range analysis, candlestick pattern, outperformance comparison and much more.
But I still want to expand Sortefi's horizon to be calculate truly magical stuff.
Let me know if you need any more information.

How does the AI actually interpret trickier conditions like "breakout with volume confirmation" or do I need to keep my prompt pretty literal for it to get things right?
@ufuk375410 Great question. As with all AI, the output maters a lot on the input.
Your prompt - Give all stocks/coins which have a breakout with volume conformations, lacks a very important aspect of screening which is timeframe.
It could be 5 min break out or a yearly breakout ?
While the system does understand "breakout with volume conformation" a better prompt would be - breakout in the last 30 days with volume 1.5 time the average near breakout, on the daily timeframe.
So you could also do , breakout on the M15 in the last 5 days with decreasing volume.
Hope this helps and feel free to ask more :)
