Why I built this:

Currently, our Web version allows you to export all comments to a file. Do you think we should add this export feature to our mobile apps as well, or do you prefer handling data exports strictly on desktop?

@makovskynik Finally, a tool that actually supports Threads giveaways! As an SMM, this is a huge time-saver since it's a growing platform for our clients. Nick, quick question: does the app allow filtering out duplicate comments for Threads specifically?
Congrats on the launch! Used SOM last month for our store's anniversary giveaway. The interface is definitely the best out there right now, very intuitive and modern. I think the web version is enough for exports, keep the mobile app light and focused on just picking the winner quickly.

The visual roulette is a really nice touch, makes picking a winner feel like a little event instead of just another spreadsheet moment. Appreciate the cross-platform support too, running giveaways on five different apps without juggling tools is a relief.
@testingpro That's why we made all the platforms in one, so that it could be a permanent application for specialists and businesses, and not a one-time one.
What impressed me most is how straightforward the whole experience is. No unnecessary steps or confusing settings. If you run giveaways regularly, this tool makes the process much less stressful.
@svitlanalialiutskaia We want to further refine the settings and filters, but we've run into platform limitations. I think solutions will be found!

Great tool overall! On the mobile export debate — I'd actually push back a bit on "keep it web-only." A lot of SMM managers (myself included) run everything from the phone during the day and only touch a laptop in the evening, if at all. Full export UI on mobile might be overkill, but even a simple "email me the results" button would cover 90% of the need without adding UI complexity. Just a thought for the roadmap!
