Most "which tool should I use" questions are actually product ideas in disguise.

I saw a founder asking around for the best way to text local trade pros — send SMS from a web interface, keep the thread going for onboarding, feedback, support. They listed Google Voice, OpenPhone, a couple others, but nothing quite fit. That gap is the interesting part.

The tools that exist are built for sales teams or general use. Nobody's really made a lightweight SMS-first inbox tuned for someone doing outreach to plumbers, electricians, small service shops — where the message is the relationship, not a marketing blast.

That's the kind of quiet signal I like: real people describing a need they can't buy off the shelf yet. I built SoloVault to catch those threads and turn them into buildable micro SaaS ideas instead of scrolling forums myself.

When you hit a "no good tool for this" moment, do you file it as an idea or just move on?
