@devezehugo After the trial is over, your folders will stay customized. Nothing will disappear until your remove the app. You just won't be able to customize new folders after the trial is over. The app will let you know.

I love Folder Colorizer, but the version numbers don’t match up. @joshsoftorino you say v1.5 is out now, but the Mac App Store version shows v4.7.1 and the direct download from your website is v4.4.4 (no update to 4.7.1 available on the direct download version yet), so where does the 1.5 come from? I’m confused. Also, I’m hoping that in a future upgrade, you will allow using our own PNG files to embellish our colourful folders.

@craigcpaterson Thanks for loving Folder Colorizer! The 1.5 in the name is mainly for marketing purposes, to showcase the difference between the original Folder Colorizer and the updated one. Rest assured that all app versions across all platforms have the same updated features, regardless of the version numbers (v4.4.4 or v4.7.1). Also, we appreciate your feedback about using your own PNG files, and we'll definitely take that into consideration for future updates. Thanks for your support!

Yes, Folder Colorizer 1.5 is the program with which I cleaned up my desktop. Finally, I can immediately see which folder is responsible for what and don't have to peer at the name of the folder at 2 am after 10 hours of work on the computer like that guy from a "small piece of paper" meme (huh 😌). 10/10
