Great execution! Is there a reason it requires a popup? The popup delivery missed the mark when it came to my expectation of live website messaging. That said I loved the on-boarding, out of office features and most of all making it happen!
I was looking for it since a long time. Thank you @riaface for hunting this and dozens of buckets of thanks @saijo_george for making this ( and without thinking to earn money from this like many others do )
Though I tried adding the minified code to my website http://tomatoheart.com ( which is a WordPress based website ) through Google Tag Manager but it didn't start displaying till now.
Do you want to give some suggestions on this?

@niteshmanav@riaface could it have something to do with the time you set the widget to be active? It can either show an email us option or nothing at all during this time.

Those switches are confusing, use checkboxes instead http://uxmovement.com/buttons/wh...
Switches are about immediate changes, plus the switch design is just confusing, because they both say the same thing just with a different color. I could not tell whether it was off or on, until I saw the email input box show up

This looks great but will really only work for people who use facebook messenger. Most people do use it, but you may alienate users who don't as they may feel they're not as important. I like chat tools like SYNCRO, LiveChat,, and others like them. I ended up using SYNCRO as the chats get sent to my phone as a text message. So I can respond from anywhere. Same as this app would work, but I don't need to download an app.
