How do you handle project continuity today?

When you come back to a project after a few days (or when another developer or agent takes over), what is your process for understanding:

• What changed?
• Why it changed?
• What assumptions were made?
• What should happen next?

We built Snipara because we found ourselves repeatedly rebuilding context instead of making progress.
