Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm excited to share SnapWC - a video downloader that actually fits my workflow. THE STORY Earlier this year I was creating content for social media and constantly needed source materials from different platforms. YouTube was my main source, but here's the thing - I needed the video, audio track, subtitles, AND thumbnail. Every single time. So I'd bounce between multiple sites. One for video and audio extraction. Another for cover image. A third for subtitles. Maybe it worked, maybe it didn't. Sites like savefrom got me halfway there, but they'd randomly fail on certain videos or didn't support enough platforms. I got tired of the tab juggling. So I built SnapWC. Copy link, paste, download everything you need. Something that just... works. WHAT IT DOES One link gets you: - Video (multiple quality options) - Audio track (separate download) - Subtitles (all available languages, youtube only for now) - Thumbnail (full resolution) All from one interface. No switching between sites. PLATFORMS WE SUPPORT YouTube TikTok / Douyin X (Twitter) Instagram Facebook Dailymotion Suno Reddit Pinterest Threads SoundCloud VK OK.ru Bilibili ... And many more And we're adding more regularly. If there's a platform you need, let me know. THE REALITY Parsing speed isn't lightning fast right now. I'm running on budget hosting and can't afford top-tier residential proxies yet. But I've been testing for a few days and it's acceptable. If you regularly download content for editing, remixing, or archiving, this might save you some headaches. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR Feedback on platform priorities - which services should I add next? Honest takes on the speed - is it fast enough for your workflow or deal-breaker slow? Feature suggestions - what's missing from your ideal downloader? Thanks for checking it out.
