It started from working with agencies for over a decade and watching them drown in scattered tools - one for project management, another for client communication, spreadsheets for tracking who's happy and who's ghosting them. I wanted to bring it all under one roof: client onboarding, project collaboration, feedback collection, testimonials - the stuff that actually keeps clients around and helps agencies grow through word of mouth. The approach evolved a lot. I started overcomplicating things, but kept stripping it back. Agencies don't need another bloated tool - they need something simple that makes their clients feel taken care of without adding to their workload. This is only the beginning.
