Three months free for honest feedback — 10 spots

We launched here in August. Since then: 57 signups, 16 posted, 4 pay. I'd like to know why the other 41 never posted, and I'd rather hear it from you than guess.

Already known, so you don't tell me things I know: the desktop app had a 30-day sign-out bug (fixed in 1.6.8 this week), emails were down for three days in early October, and the free plan didn't exist in the desktop app until this week. Everything else is fair game. I'll post what I learn back here, including the uncomfortable parts.
