🚨 I HAD A DREAM… AND TOMORROW IT BECOMES REAL. ❤️📱✨

by

For years, I kept doing the same thing.

I would see something important and take a screenshot.

🍽️ A restaurant I wanted to try.

✈️ A flight.

🏠 A house I loved.

🧾 A receipt.

👟 Something I wanted to buy.

📅 An appointment.

📦 An order.

💡 An idea I didn’t want to forget.

And every time I took that screenshot, I was basically telling myself:

“I’ll remember this later.”

But then “later” came…

And I couldn’t find it.

Hundreds of screenshots.

Then thousands.

Scrolling.

Searching.

Trying to remember when I saved it.

Trying to remember the exact words.

And eventually I realized something that completely changed the way I looked at screenshots:

SCREENSHOTS AREN’T REALLY PHOTOS.

THEY’RE PIECES OF OUR MEMORY. ❤️

We screenshot things because, at that moment, they matter to us.

So I started dreaming about something different.

💭 What if my iPhone could actually UNDERSTAND my screenshots?

Not just store them.

Actually understand them.

🧾 “This is a receipt.”

✈️ “This is a flight.”

🍽️ “This is a restaurant.”

📦 “This is an order.”

🏠 “This is a property.”

📅 “This is an appointment.”

📍 “This is a place.”

🎟️ “This is something useful for Wallet.”

And then I thought:

What if I didn’t even need to remember the exact words?

What if all I remembered was:

“The restaurant by the water.”

“The receipt from last month.”

“That flight to New York.”

“That house I saved in Miami.”

…and my phone could still find it?

That dream became Skreenly. 🚀

Skreenly turns screenshots into searchable, organized, actionable memory.

But the dream didn’t stop there.

🍎 SKREENLY + SIRI IS HERE.

Now you can simply say:

🗣️ “HEY SIRI, SEARCH IN SKREENLY.”

Siri asks what you’re looking for.

Then you just tell her whatever you remember.

That’s it.

No exact date.

No exact wording.

No endless scrolling through thousands of screenshots.

Just memory. ❤️

I wanted to build something that feels closer to the way our brains actually work.

Because we don’t remember:

“Screenshot taken Tuesday at 3:42 PM.”

We remember:

“The restaurant by the water.”

“The shoes I liked.”

“That flight.”

“That receipt.”

“That house.”

And I wanted my iPhone to understand those pieces too.

Tomorrow, Skreenly officially launches on Product Hunt. 🚀🔥

This is a very special moment for me.

What started as a frustration became an idea.

The idea became a dream.

And the dream became a real product that people can use today.

Now I want to hear from YOU. 👇

🔥 WHAT IS THE ONE SCREENSHOT YOU CAN NEVER FIND WHEN YOU ACTUALLY NEED IT?

And if Skreenly could understand that screenshot and automatically take ONE action for you…

WHAT WOULD YOU WANT IT TO DO?

I genuinely want to hear the answers because some of your ideas may help shape what Skreenly becomes next. ❤️

I’ll go first. 🙋‍♂️

One of the things that frustrated me most was knowing I had saved something important, but only remembering a tiny piece of it.

“The restaurant had tables by the water…”

“The house had that amazing backyard…”

“The receipt was from sometime last month…”

That feeling of KNOWING the screenshot exists but having no idea where it is became a big part of why I built Skreenly.

And now being able to say:

🗣️ “Hey Siri, search in Skreenly.”

…and simply describe what I remember still feels a little unreal to me. ❤️

Now I’m genuinely curious:

📸 What’s the screenshot YOU always struggle to find?

I’ll personally read every answer, and some of these ideas may influence what we build next. 🚀
