I built Skiim because I was spending 30–45 minutes every morning just figuring out what my inbox was asking of me. I'm a student and building this solo. The idea was simple: what if Gmail could tell you exactly what needs your attention, what action to take, and have a reply ready to send, without you having to read every thread top to bottom?
