Sketch has a whole new design, including a new app icon, toolbar icons and welcome window. It also has a stack of improvements and new features—with the biggest being the ability to swap nested symbols with new symbol overrides. I've already added the nested-symbol swapping into my workflow. It works like a charm for a toolbar or tab bar where you need to be able to show active states for a button. The symbols just have to be the same size. It's really time-saving, as previously you might have to make many versions of a symbol for your document, now you can just make one and swap the icons. I also really like the redesigned welcome window, as it now gives you a visual preview of your recent files and templates. This is handy for me, as I save a lot of UI mockups as templates and it's much easier to see what I want to open this way. Well done, Sketch team!
