I used the beta to forecast my SaaS. It was really insightful in running multiple variables and seeing different outcomes. The simulations helped me to compare different funding options and verify what I thought I knew. That said, I discovered some blind spots in my assumptions and can now focus on where and how I'm applying my resources.
