SFM progress (v2.2.0): allow extensions use local binaries
Changes:
- During installation the extensions that require external programs (binaries) to work, will ask if you want to specify the paths to local binaries manually or continue with auto setup
This allows to reuse existing binaries, instead of automatically downloading them

This is a practical update. Letting users point to existing local binaries respects the way technical users already have their machines set up, and it also reduces duplicate downloads. I’d make the install flow very explicit about what gets detected automatically versus what the user is approving manually, because that clarity builds trust.
