We've built a new professional social network, with less emphasis on the social and an emphasis on quality over quantity. We want to distill the recruitment process down, so that candidates aren't put off by huge volumes of applicants, so that an application has real value, real meaning to recruiters and so that candidates can receive feedback to help them understand the why if they're unsuccessful.
