I built a voice AI agent that runs locally and got 40 users with no ads. How do I get to 100?

hey everyone 👋

i'm building Sidus-Agent, a voice first AI agent for desktop. you say "hey sidus" and it does tasks from your home screen. it runs locally and works on low end PCs.

so far we have around 40 users and i haven't spent anything on ads or marketing. i'm building this solo and bootstrapped, so honestly i'm still figuring out the distribution side.

we're shipping v1.1.0 tomorrow, our first fully voice enabled version, and launching here soon after.

for the founders who've been through this:
how did you get your first 100 users when you had no audience and no budget?

what worked, and what was a waste of time? would love to hear real stories, not just the generic advice.
