🚀 Building ShowDeck — A Privacy-First TV & Movie Tracker

Hi everyone! 👋

I've been working on ShowDeck, a privacy-first, offline-first Progressive Web App for tracking TV shows and movies.

The idea started after realizing that most entertainment trackers rely on accounts, cloud storage, and company-owned databases. I wanted to build something different—an app where your watch history truly belongs to you.

What makes ShowDeck different?

The project is built with plain HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript—no heavy frameworks and no backend server.

Why I'm building it

I believe personal data like watch history shouldn't require an account or be locked inside someone else's servers. ShowDeck is designed around a simple philosophy:
