Shogun AI - Your computer finally remembers.

by
SHOGUN is the AI-native operating system for people who build on computers all day. Instead of treating AI like a chatbot, SHOGUN gives AI perception — persistent memory of your workflow, apps, browser activity, and digital context. Built in Tokyo, SHOGUN continuously understands what you’re working on through the macOS accessibility layer, helping you instantly recall unfinished work, previous research, hidden tabs, and interrupted thinking. Your computer finally remembers.

We built SHOGUN because we felt modern computing is fundamentally broken. Computers still behave like they have no memory. Every day we reopen tabs, lose context, forget workflows, and repeatedly explain ourselves to AI tools that should already understand what we’re doing. Most AI products today focus on generation. We became obsessed with perception instead. SHOGUN is our attempt to build a memory layer for human-computer interaction — a system that continuously understands your workflow through the macOS accessibility layer and helps you recover context instantly. The first version is intentionally minimal. No complex multi-agent systems. No “AI employee.” No workflow automation maze. Just one core idea: What if your computer could finally remember? Built in Tokyo. Would love your feedback.
