Shhepit – quick post-meeting resets without a full wellness app

by

I built Shhepit, a small macOS menu bar app for taking short sound resets after meetings.

The idea came from noticing that after a call ends, my mind often stays in the meeting for a while. Shhepit lets you choose how you feel, start a 1–5 minute soundscape, and take a short pause before moving on to the next task.

It’s currently in beta. I’m sharing it here to get feedback on the concept, the onboarding, and whether the sound-based reset flow feels useful or too minimal.

Things it does right now:

  • mood-based sound selection

  • 1–5 minute reset sessions

  • calm soundscapes

  • minimal macOS menu bar/widget experience

  • gentle reminders

  • beta feedback via email

I’d appreciate any honest feedback, especially from people who spend a lot of time in meetings on macOS.
