SharePrompt - Turn your best prompts into beautiful, shareable images

by
Great prompts deserve better than screenshots. Pick a card that mimics your favorite AI's chat box (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Manus, or your own), write your prompt, pick a warm gradient, and export a crisp PNG. No accounts, no sign-up, free.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Sumit, and this started with a small annoyance: whenever someone shares a genuinely great prompt, it arrives as a blurry screenshot with someone's tabs visible, or as a wall of text that dies in the feed. Meanwhile, developers have had Carbon making their code snippets gorgeous for years. Prompts deserved the same treatment. So I built SharePrompt. You write your prompt inside a card that mimics the AI you'd actually use it with: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Manus, or a custom card with your own title. Pick a background, hit export, done. Some details I obsessed over: - The templates match the real apps closely (I checked every composer against the live products, down to the send buttons) - The model chip is a real dropdown: pick "Opus 4.8" or "GPT-5.5 Thinking" and it shows in your image - The card grows with your prompt, whether it's one line or an essay - Every card is encoded in the URL, so a link reopens the exact design for anyone - No accounts, no sign-up, nothing to install. Free. It's a personal project I built for the joy of it, so I'd love your honest takes: which AI templates should I add next? Would aspect-ratio presets for X/LinkedIn be useful? Any prompt you export and share today, I'd genuinely love to see it. Thanks for checking it out!

the gradient picker with those warm tones feels really considered, not just a generic swatch dump. nice that the exported PNG keeps the chat bubble styling intact too.

This is what I was looking for. Also, loved the fact that this is not using the generic AI slop gradients, keep'em coming.

Picked the Claude card and the gradient picker is genuinely nicer than the usual flat export tools I've tried. Smooth little utility, bookmarked.

This is a simple idea but clever! I do like the idea of sharing prompts in a pretty way. I’ll come back and use it next time I have a prompt worth sharing.

Also here is a free QR code that you can use if you’d like that goes to your website:

How does the "your own" chat box option actually work — do I upload a screenshot, or is there some way to customize the layout from scratch?
