Hey Product Hunt! I am excited to share what my co-founder and I have been working on the last year. We have always thought that the tech recruiting industry suffers from one problem that has yet to be solved: waste. Tens of thousands of companies recruit for similar talent profiles and when a single hire is made, because they all recruit in silos, the information on the rest of the great candidates the company could not offer goes to waste. This is happening every day, with companies constantly qualifying candidates on behalf of others. Over $26B is wasted on candidate leads. Tofu is our answer to this problem. We connect companies to candidates other companies couldn't hire at scale. We've built a set of tools that scale this process. Since our initial go to market less than a year ago, more than 115 companies have joined the platform. All Tier-1 VC backed. Companies on our platform include Bubble.io, FlagshipRTL, A.Team, Fable, Garner Health, Skilljar, LaunchDarkly, Apollo GraphQL and others. We also have a path for in-house recruiters at startups, whose companies are not yet on tofu, to join and refer talent and receive access to exclusive benefits.
