I built Shaks after realizing the problem was never "not enough leads" — it's forgetting to follow up, or remembering too late to say anything that doesn't sound awkward. Every CRM I tried wanted me to set up pipelines and fields before I could even add a contact. So I built the opposite: add someone, jot why you met them, and let AI handle the "what do I even say" part when it's time to follow up. You always review before it goes out — nothing sends itself.
