Hey everyone 👋

A few months ago, I noticed something strange.

Healthcare in India works surprisingly well… until you actually need it repeatedly.

One consultation? Easy.
Booking a doctor? Easy.
Ordering medicines? Easy.

But the moment healthcare becomes recurring — everything starts falling apart.

People forget follow-ups.
Diagnostics get delayed.
Prescriptions get lost in WhatsApp chats.
Family members have no visibility.
Patients dealing with mental health, arthritis, kidney disease, or long-term care end up managing healthcare manually across apps, PDFs, pharmacies, clinics, calls, and reminders.

And honestly, it feels exhausting.

That’s why we started building SettlHealth (https://www.settlhealth.in).

Not as another appointment-booking app.
Not as another insurance/reimbursement product.

We’re trying to build something much simpler:
a system that helps people stay inside structured healthcare journeys over time.

We’re starting with:
🧠 Mental Health
🦴 Arthritis
🩺 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

The idea is simple:
Healthcare should feel continuous, not chaotic.

We want people to:

  • track long-term care in one place,

  • manage recurring diagnostics,

  • stay on top of medications,

  • coordinate family healthcare,

  • and feel like someone is helping organize the journey.

Still early. Still learning. Still figuring out a lot.

Would genuinely love feedback from people who’ve dealt with recurring healthcare personally — either as patients, caregivers, clinics, or doctors.

I think healthcare has spent years optimizing for transactions.

Maybe the next layer is continuity.
