I used to run a tree service business. Now I build software for crews like mine.

I'm Travis. I ran a small tree service for four years, and the software never fit. The tools were built and priced for companies with 50 trucks. A small crew is too busy to run on a scratch pad and too small to pay for that.

So I built ServicePros Hub: quotes, the schedule, invoices and card payments for crews of 1 to 10, at $33 a month flat. Each morning it ranks which quotes are most likely to close and which invoices are most likely to go unpaid, so the owner knows who to call first.

It launches here on Friday.

For years I pieced together several apps to help streamline our day and always dreamed of having everything in one place, so I built this.

Two things I'd like your take on:

1. If you sell software to people who work with their hands, what got you your first ten customers?

2. Does "tells you who to call first" make sense to someone outside the trades?
