SentNotes - An agent that brings continuity to your care
by•
SentNotes uses Alison as a continuous health intelligence agent. She learns what's normal for you across your symptoms, medications, conditions, activity, nutrition & vitals, reasoning across the relationships between your signals so that when you sit in front of a doctor the full picture is already there.
She doesn't wait for you to notice something is wrong. She already knows. You never have to piece together a fuzzy mess of info in a 15 minute appointment while already not feeling well.

Ever sat in front of a doctor and they ask, “When did you first notice this?” — and your mind just goes blank?
Or spent time in the waiting room worrying about what to say and how to say it?
You try hard to remember, but time is ticking, it's all a fuzzy mess in your head, and you're already not feeling well. Somehow 15 minutes flies by and you leave not even sure if you said the right things. You even get anxious just trying to fill the awkward silence between you and the doctor.
Then you get home. And it hits you.
"Oh no. I should have mentioned the headaches started before the medication change."
"Or that this started because of that."
Suddenly it's all coming back — clearly, effortlessly — but the appointment is over. It's too late.
I lived this firsthand with my fiancée. Every time we sit in front of a doctor we spend those precious minutes trying to piece together weeks of symptoms, medications, and changes while she's already not feeling well.
That's when I realised something.
The problem wasn't the data.
It was the continuity.
And if that's exhausting for us — two mostly healthy people — I can't imagine carrying that weight every day with diabetes, asthma, lupus… or any chronic condition where every detail between appointments actually matters.
What struck me most is how often people are expected to manage all of that alone.
Healthcare is fragmented but life isn't — and your health is not just data or one-time visits. It's a connected story that should travel with you, build over time, and mean something the moment it matters most.
That's why I'm passionate about building SentNotes — a place where people can track their health over time, understand patterns, and not feel like they're navigating it all by themselves.
We’ve even started experimenting with things like progress partners and small health challenges, because managing your health shouldn’t have to be a solo journey.
If any of this sounds familiar — whether you're managing a condition, navigating a new doctor, or just tired of feeling like a stranger to your own healthcare — I'd genuinely love to hear your story or how you currently keep track of things between appointments.
