byβ€’

Hello Product Hunt πŸ‘‹ I run a small web agency. For years my "monthly reporting" was me, late on a Sunday, screenshotting a Plausible dashboard into an email and writing "great month!" with varying degrees of honesty. The clients weren't logging into the dashboards I'd set up. Why would they? They have actual jobs. But they did want to know their site was doing something. So they needed a person - me - to translate numbers into a sentence once a month. SendTidings is that person, automated. You connect Plausible, Matomo or GA4 as well as Search Console then pick who gets a report and how often. Our platform sends a clean, branded summary on schedule. Visitors, trends, top pages: the bits people actually care about, in an email they don't have to log in to read. A few things worth knowing: - Multiple sources: Plausible, Matomo, GA4, Cloudflare RUM, Search Console, UptimeRobot & Pulsectic. - White-labelled: it goes out looking like it came from you, not from us. - Scheduled: set the cadence once and forget it exists, which is the highest compliment I can pay software. It's free for one site. Paid plans start at Β£29/month if you're juggling a few. Built with Next.js, Resend and a lot of evenings. I'd genuinely love feedback, especially from other agency people who've also done the Sunday-night-screenshot thing. What would make you actually use this instead of meaning to? β€” Josh
How does the website approve domains does it work like google Analytics where by you need to add the script into your web code or it’s verified your domain automatically?

Hi ,

We have an integrations page where you can load up your Google Accounts. You'll need to grant consent via Google's OAuth consent screen workflow - no code needed.

Congrats on the launch! πŸš€

I like the idea of delivering insights where clients already are in their inbox instead of expecting them to log into another dashboard.

I'm curious: do the reports include AI-generated summaries or recommendations that explain why a metric changed, or do they focus mainly on presenting the numbers?

Thanks ,

Not yet, but it is something I'm considering for the road map... I've had a couple of people mention this now :)

That's fantastic. Can I define the template to match my agency branding?

Thank you Β

At the minute we have a few preset options to choose from, but you can absolutely adjust the opening + closing statements. Put your own branding on it. Connect your domain so emails are routed from your email address.

Defining the template is something we can look at incorporating if you feel it's important to your decision to use our platform?

The Sunday-night-screenshot thing is painfully accurate, I've done the exact same thing for agency clients. The real problem is that data only travels if someone carries it. You automated the carrying. The white-label angle is the right call for agencies. One question: does it handle clients who are on none of the supported platforms yet and need onboarding first?

Congrats on the launch!

Hey ,Β

Apologies I'm not entirely sure I understand the question. You can add clients and sites to your dashboard and not hook up any analytics or uptime platforms and you don't have to schedule their reports either. So yes, they can "sit" in your dashboard waiting.

What are the platforms you're using that we don't yet integrate? We can look to add them in the near future.

Thanks,

Josh

Β That makes sense, the "sit and wait" model is actually better for agency onboarding than forcing integration upfront. For platforms, most of my clients run on GA4 + Search Console, so you're covered there. The one I don't see often mentioned is Cloudflare Analytics, lightweight but increasingly popular with technical clients. Thanks for clarifying!

You're very welcome , and we actually already support Cloudflare Analytics :) It's just that for now the integration is a bit clunky and the data is more limited that GA4, Plausible & Matomo.

"No dashboards they'll never open" is the whole insight here, and it is true for basically every agency client I have met. ui looks good

Β - Thanks, and yes I've seen too many tools that are PDF or dashboard only. I wanted this to be a clean monthly email report where the figures can be easily trawled over while enjoying a morning coffee. Maybe in the future I'll add an accompanying dashboard, but the headline will still be the clean email.

Love the Plausible support. I use it for GDPR reasons and the data mostly just sits there until I remember to check it myself. For a solo project with one site, is the free tier enough to get useful reports, or does it start capping things pretty quickly?

Hi there ,

Plausible is exactly how the project started. I wanted a branded Plausible reporting tool and it grew from there.

And to answer your question, the free tier is capped at one site and one recipient, but doesn't limit the product's reporting capability.

The free plan does include a "Sent with SendTidings" at the bottom of the email, and are sent from . Paid plans remove the "Sent with SendTidings" and allow you to verify and send from your own domain.

Thank you!

Can clients reply to the email with questions and have it pull the relevant context for you?

Β Not yet, but that's a cool idea, at the minute you can just set a reply to header for the emails.
