SendPal — Send packages with travelers - Send packages faster by matching with travelers

by
SendPal is a peer-to-peer delivery marketplace that connects people who need to send packages with travelers already going the same route. Instead of expensive couriers, travelers carry items on trips they’re already taking and share travel costs, while senders get faster and cheaper delivery. With identity verification, escrow payments, and delivery confirmation, SendPal makes peer-to-peer shipping safe and reliable.

I’m Nurullah, co-founder of SendPal. The idea came from a problem we personally faced for years. Between Germany, Turkey, and Tunisia we often needed to send documents or small items urgently. The options were either expensive courier services or asking someone who happened to be traveling. In Turkey there’s even an informal workaround called “Otogar Kargo” where people hand packages to random bus drivers. It’s fast and cheap, but also risky and completely unstructured. So we built SendPal to make this behavior safe and reliable. SendPal connects people who need to send something with travelers already going the same route. Travelers can share travel costs, while senders get faster and cheaper delivery than traditional couriers. To make this safe we added: • identity verification • escrow payments • delivery confirmation • an open-box policy for packages We launched our beta a few months ago and already have 2,000 users and our first completed deliveries. We’re starting with high-frequency corridors like Turkey ↔ Germany, where this need already exists at scale. Would love your feedback, questions, or ideas! 🙌
