What I learned building an AI co-pilot for corporate crisis management
Most crisis communication still fails the same way: not because teams lack expertise, but because humans can't monitor everything at 3am.
I've been building in the reputation management space for a while now, and one pattern kept showing up when I talked to comms directors and PR leads: the problem wasn't their response it was the lag between when a threat emerged and when someone actually noticed it.
Compress Image to 200KB – free, instant, runs 100% in your browser
Hey everyone,
I built compressto200kb.com after noticing a very specific frustration that millions of people share but nobody talks about.
In India (and many other countries), government websites, job portals, and exam registrations all have a strict photo size limit usually exactly 200KB. Every time someone tries to upload their photo, they get rejected. Then they Google "how to compress image to 200KB", land on some sketchy site that uploads their photo to a server, and hope for the best.
That felt wrong to me. A photo for a passport or Aadhaar application is personal. It shouldn't be uploaded to a random server just to be resized.
Your "Free" Image Optimizer might be storing your private data.
Most online compression tools work on Server-Side processing. This means:
You upload your image to their server
Their backend processes it
They send the optimized version back
Your file may stay on their infrastructure (temporarily or longer)
But technically speaking:
Your file leaves your machine
It touches someone else s server
It may be logged, cached, or stored

You usually don t see what happens behind the scenes
How influencer payment opacity became a brand reputation risk nobody's tracking
Here's something I noticed while building Auralify that I haven't seen discussed much in the maker community.
A recent industry study found that only 51% of advertisers have full visibility into what they're actually paying their creators. That means roughly half of brands running influencer campaigns have incomplete information about their own contractor relationships.
If you could automate ONE business function completely, what would it be?
Hey Product Hunt community
Over the past year, we've seen an explosion of AI tools for writing, support, marketing, sales basically everything.
What problem are you solving?
Every week, I sit in a meeting with clients speaking three different languages Taiwanese, English, Vietnamese. And every week, I watch the same thing happen: the interpreter pauses, searches for the right word, loses the thread. By the time the sentence lands, the moment is gone
We tried every tool out there. None of them understood context. They translated what was said, not what was meant
So we built Saydi. Before a meeting, you feed it context: who the speakers are, what the topic is, what terms matter. Then it translates in real time, with that context baked in
We're launching on Product Hunt soon. If you've ever run a multilingual meeting and felt the room slip away from you, I'd love for you to take a look

Why I built Heatmap Bot
Hello Product Hunt!
I built Heatmap Bot because I kept posting in my Discord server at the wrong time and getting zero engagement.
Turns out most servers have a very clear activity pattern, weekday evenings are usually peak time. But Discord doesn't show you this anywhere.
With one command: /heatmap, you get a full 7 24 activity heatmap directly in chat. There's much more command.
Journeys is a Game Changer for Presentations!
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Tucker, Head of GTM at RenderDraw and today is a big day for us.
We just launched Journeys, our AI-powered immersive 3D presentation platform for anyone who needs to show something, not just say it.
A little about me: I've spent years at the intersection of marketing, ops, and go-to-market strategy and I've seen firsthand how hard it is to communicate complex ideas through static slides and PDFs. Whether you're selling a product, pitching a concept, or walking someone through something that's genuinely hard to explain, the tools we've had haven't kept up.
Journeys changes that. It lets you build interactive, cinematic 3D presentations with real-time analytics powered by AI so you always know what's landing and what's not.
April 15: 3 things to keep in mind for your C-Corp
Founders, let s be real: April 15th is the most stressful day of the year if you re doing it wrong.
Between Delaware Franchise Tax and Federal Form 1120, the paperwork can feel like a second job. But here s the thing, you didn t start a company to fill out forms.
