Everyone says AI is moving too fast. Here's what I've learned building an AI startup.
Over the last few months, I've been building Tutorlify, an AI tutor that teaches students through natural conversations instead of simply answering questions.
During that time, I've watched dozens of new AI startups launch every week. New models, new wrappers, new voice agents, new coding assistants... it's easy to feel like your product becomes obsolete every few days.
At first, I thought the competition was the biggest problem.
I recently got feedback from an FPS player who said the cm/360 converter was useful, but they wanted a way to save their mouse DPI and in-game sensitivity instead of re-entering the same values every time they switched games.
So I added saved sensitivity profiles to ZeroedTools.
The idea is simple: FPS players often move between Valorant, CS2, Apex Legends, Call of Duty, Overwatch 2, PUBG, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, The Finals, and Delta Force. A sensitivity converter is useful, but it becomes much better when your common setup can be reused.
ZeroedTools now lets players save their DPI and game sensitivity profile, then use it again when converting between games or checking cm/360 and eDPI values.
I built GridManager because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere people spending hours every week doing the exact same manual work in Excel: fixing column names, removing duplicates, cleaning messy formats, reordering data.
Not because they wanted to. Because they had no alternative.
I wanted to share something I have been working on: Cross Write.
The idea came from my own struggle as a builder. Every time I wrote something, I had to copy, reformat, and repost it across multiple platforms. It felt like wasted effort instead of focusing on the writing itself.
Most "AI SEO" advice right now is guesswork dressed up as certainty. Nobody can guarantee an AI assistant cites your site. I built a free checker that runs those checks in your browser: paste a URL, get a real score and the exact fixes for what's failing. No signup, nothing stored.

BettaScore pulls product reviews from Reddit, YouTube, Hacker News, Wired, RTINGS and Google onto one page, scores the tradeoffs, and links every point back to its source. The idea came from spending three evenings and fourteen tabs researching one action camera, then realizing the real problem wasn't too little information. It was that I couldn't trust any single source alone, so I was cross checking everything by hand.

Start with a musician or band, choose the exact one you mean, and follow the people, groups, and connections around them over time. I wanted the map to be honest about itself, too. It shows where connections come from and where the current view stops. Missing information is not turned into a neat story.
