WorkflowOS: invoice and contract extraction with no per-vendor template
WorkflowOS - turn invoices and contracts into structured data you review and approve.
Why I built it: every tool I tried asked me to set up a template per vendor, or feed it dozens of labelled samples, before it produced anything useful. That trade works if you have 200 recurring suppliers. It does not work if your documents are messy and varied, which is most small teams.
What it does: drop in a PDF, image or text file. It works out the document type - invoice, contract, purchase order, receipt - and extracts vendor, customer, document number, issue and due dates, currency, totals, taxes and line items, each with a confidence score. First document, no setup.
The part I care about most: every extraction arrives as a draft. The workflow only completes after a person approves it. The AI never executes a payment.
What it does not have, so nobody wastes a trial: no SOC 2, no accounting-software integrations yet, and scanned pages extract worse than native PDFs. If any of those is a hard requirement, Nanonets or Rossum is the better answer.
