Why we built an Android-first Auto Dialer CRM instead of another cloud calling tool

by

Most sales teams in India still work directly from Android phones.

But almost every CRM and dialer tool is designed like a desktop call-center product:

  • expensive VoIP setup

  • complex onboarding

  • internet dependency

  • per-minute calling costs

  • heavy dashboards sales teams never use

We kept seeing the same problem repeatedly:
Sales reps were getting leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Excel sheets, brokers, and referrals — but follow-ups were scattered across phones and spreadsheets.

So we started building DialMaster under ZEENGOCORP INNOVATION with a different approach:

  1. Android-first workflow
The salesperson should work directly from their own device.

  2. SIM-based auto dialing
    No extra telephony infrastructure required.

  3. Offline-first architecture
Field sales teams often have unstable internet.

  4. Zero data-retention approach
Sensitive lead data should remain controlled by the business.

  5. Fast lead response
Most conversions are won in the first few minutes after lead generation.

Some interesting learnings while building:

  • SIM-based workflows are still massively underrated

  • Many SMB sales teams prefer simplicity over enterprise complexity

  • Real estate and insurance teams care more about speed than dashboards

  • Mobile UX matters more than feature count for outbound teams

We're now exploring:

  • AI-assisted lead prioritization

  • smarter follow-up recommendations

  • automatic disposition suggestions

  • outbound workflow automation

Curious to know:
How are other startups solving outbound sales workflows for mobile-first teams?
