What’s one repetitive task you would happily never do again?

For me, it’s collecting the same information from multiple places before making a decision.

I noticed it especially in real estate research:

checking properties → comparing numbers → estimating possibilities → organizing everything.

Recently tried FixerFlip AI for this specific workflow and liked the idea of reducing the repetitive research before analyzing a deal seriously.

I think the best AI tools won’t replace experts they’ll remove the boring steps around them.
