I’m building a platform where students and freshers choose their domain and get placed into cross-functional teams with strangers. Each team has unique roles — for example, only one Frontend Developer, one Backend Developer, one UI/UX Designer, etc. AI gives the team real problems and tasks to solve, helping members learn how to actually work together and build products. Complete tasks → earn levels & badges → build a track record → strengthen your CV/portfolio. For founders & startups: Have an idea but no team? Create a project, define the roles you need, and set minimum badge levels so you can find people who have already proven their skills. Students get real experience. Founders find talent.
