Doing one of these because I get more from reading what others are building than from any newsletter.

I'll start.

Building AI Hive, an enterprise AI agent platform that helps mid-market and enterprise teams get from AI pilot to production in weeks instead of quarters. The hard problem we keep solving: compliance, model flexibility, and the lack of in-house AI talent on the customer side.

- What you're building

Who Has It? - a tracker for items you have lent out

- Who it's for

Anyone with kids that want to lend things out to their friends, or a book lover who likes to share their books, or anyone that has ever wondered who they lent 'that thing' to

- The hardest part you're solving right now

getting people to notice it :) - and this goes for all my apps. I created a few apps that I really like and am using myself. A few of them are available to the public at usefulisms.com, and a few I am not happy enough with to release. Building the products, and getting them ready for distribution, that no longer is the issue. Reaching the people that would be interested is much harder!

Building Zolo (), an AI-powered local discovery app that helps people figure out what to do nearby. You tell it what you’re in the mood for, it returns a short list of places matched to your taste, and there’s a Surprise Me option for when you can’t decide.

Who it’s for: people who lose more time deciding where to go than actually going. I’m starting with college students, since they’re often new to an area and working with a small budget.

Hardest part right now: cost. Every personalized suggestion touches both an AI model and live places data, so a generous free tier isn’t free for me. I’m working on caching what can be shared across users and capping what can’t, so the free plan stays useful without anyone hitting a wall that feels like the site is broken.

we're building Dots, a macOS app that turns your Mac's notch into a customizable workspace, not just another music player or notification hub haha.

it's for Mac users who want quick access to their apps, websites, shortcuts, and even developer tools without constantly switching windows.

hardest part right now? getting people to understand that Dots is more than a typical notch app and reaching the right audience.

still in beta and recently welcomed our first paying user!

Braind: AI agents that run the back office for solo founders and small businesses. The bet is that one person should be able to run an entire company.

We're starting with chasing late invoices: it finds what's overdue in QuickBooks and drafts the follow-up from your Gmail. You approve every send. Early access opens in November: braindd.xyz/founders?src=ph-forum

What I'm building: Lightcms a git based cms which is trying to make content creation and management easier for static sites.

Who it's for: Anyone who want's to share their thoughts and experiences with the world.

Hardest part right now: Getting discovered with virtually zero ad budget and as a solo founder from India -- fully relying on reddit, twitter and product hunt like sources for traffic. .

it's currently fully free to use and opensource (apache 2.0)
