We’re building a social space for blind and visually impaired gamers — Dora Station

We’ve recently launched Dora Station, a new social gaming app created with blind and visually impaired gamers in mind.

We noticed something missing from accessible gaming: having a place where people can connect, chat, meet other gamers, share experiences and simply hang out with a community that understands accessible gaming.

Dora Station is our attempt to build that space.

Think of it as a social hub for blind gamers similar in concept to the community side of platforms like Discord, but designed specifically around the accessibility needs and experiences of blind and visually impaired users.

We're still early in the journey, so we're especially interested in hearing from people who actually use accessibility features and accessible gaming platforms.

What would you want from a social platform built specifically for blind gamers?

We'd genuinely appreciate feedback, suggestions, and ideas that could help us make Dora Station better.
