Hey everyone! Wanted to share a project we worked on at NoForm AI.

We helped Dog Gone Taxi (a pet relocation service) implement an AI chatbot to handle customer inquiries and automate their quote requests.

The challenge -- They were getting swamped with calls asking the same basic questions about pricing, pet travel regulations, and booking processes. Their team was spending tons of time gathering the same info over and over.

Results after implementing our chatbot:
