Hey PH community 👋🏾

We’ve spent the last two+ years building a community platform for coaches and brands. One pattern shows up wrt coaches in almost every call, message, or demo: the multiple tools juggling problem is real.

Most coaches run their business across 5-10 tools every single day. Payments in one place, courses somewhere, community somewhere else, Zoom links breaking at the wrong time… it adds friction that shouldn’t exist.

We’ve tried explaining this in product walkthroughs, videos, and feature releases. For coaches, the pain is emotional, not just technical. So we tried something different.

We made a full song with simple block-style visuals that tells the story of a coach’s daily chaos and the moment things finally feel smooth. Everything from the lyrics and visuals to the final cut was done entirely in-house by our founder @omnathpp , @3ldcreates , and me in a couple of days.

The song is called “Too Many Tabs (Found My Flow)” or simply "Coaching Song".

The goal wasn’t to promote a feature. It was to create something fresh, something breezy that can connect with all kinds of coaches. If you’ve ever juggled multiple tools to run your coaching business or community, you’ll probably recognize parts of it.

A few things we’re curious to learn from the PH community:
• Have you ever used a creative format (music, narrative, comics, satire) to communicate a product truth? Did it work?
• As product builders, how do you balance “story first” with “product clarity”?
• Would you consider using formats like this in your own launches, or does it risk diluting the message?
