We built NueViews for wedding & event planners - connected workflows, AI tools, and unlimited events

We're the team behind NueViews, a software platform built for professional wedding and event planners who want a more connected way to manage their businesses.

We launched NueViews in January 2026 after recognizing how many planners were juggling disconnected tools for client management, proposals, timelines, seating charts, budgets, and vendor coordination.

We wanted to build something different: a platform where these workflows connect naturally, from the first client inquiry through event execution.

A few things that make NueViews different:

• Connected workflows: Manage leads, proposals, contracts, client collaboration, timelines, vendors, and more without constantly switching between disconnected systems.

• AI-assisted planning tools: Reduce manual work with features like AI-assisted table detection and room-opening detection for seating charts and floor plans.

• Unlimited weddings and events: We believe planners shouldn't be penalized for growing their businesses, so we don't charge per event.

• Affordable pricing: Professional planning software should be accessible to independent planners and growing teams.

Since January, we've been listening to real planners, incorporating their feedback, and continuously improving the platform. We've grown since then and are working every day to improve the platform.

We're excited to make our Product Hunt debut on November 3!
