I’m Artem, solo founder building UserKeeper — an emergency safety platform that coordinates real rescue operations, not just sends a location pin.

The problem:

When someone gets lost in the mountains, has a medical emergency, or goes missing — there’s no fast, structured way to coordinate a response. Calling 112 in rural Georgia or Ukraine means waiting 40+ minutes. Existing apps send a pin. That’s it.

What we built (live prototype v0.2):

• One-tap SOS with GPS + medical card auto-attached (blood type, allergies, meds)

• Verified responder network — doctors, police, rescue workers with ID verification

• Radius alerts — all online users within 10 km get notified instantly

• Events system — missing person searches with live blinking map markers

• Hiking mode — auto GPS checkpoints every 10–60 min, SHA-256 hashed

• Parental tracking, fall detector, 4-language support

Current state:

The Telegram Mini App is a working prototype.

It exists to validate the concept. The actual product is native iOS + Android.

What we’re building next:

• Native iOS & Android apps (background GPS, push notifications, lock screen SOS widget)

• Mesh network — offline SOS via Bluetooth/WiFi when there’s no signal

• Blockchain integration — every checkpoint and rescue operation written on-chain, tamper-proof, legally significant

How we’re funding it:

We’re raising pre-seed ($150–200k) and accept crypto sponsorships at userkeeper.help — sponsors get their logo, link, and business description on the homepage permanently.

Why now:

CEE and Caucasus regions have weak emergency infrastructure. Georgia, Ukraine, Poland — hundreds of millions of people with no reliable civilian safety layer. We’re building it.

Pilot proposal submitted to the Digital Governance Agency of Georgia. Pre-seed conversations active.
