Three small tools I’m building: call your Mac, check repo setup, and paint GitHub pixels
Hi makers — I’m Manan, the builder behind three projects. I’d appreciate feedback from people who actually have these use cases.
DialDo — https://dialdo.com/
A personal phone number for your Mac. Call, authenticate, and ask it to find files, summarize a PDF, or run an approved workflow. Apple Silicon Macs; $9.99/month. Your Mac needs to be awake and online, and app automation can fail when interfaces change.
Reporun — https://reporun.app/
A free, open-source desktop app that reads a public GitHub/GitLab repo’s requirements, checks your installed tools, and shows commands for you to review before running them. It helps with setup; it does not sandbox or guarantee the project will run.
GitPixelPush — https://gitpixelpush.com/
A browser canvas for contribution-graph art. Draw pixels and preview the plan before creating clearly labeled backdated empty commits. The art is intentionally artificial, and the repository says so.
Which one solves a problem for you? I’d especially like to hear the first task or repo you’d try, and what would make you hesitate.
