The biggest startup myth I believed

When I started building a startup, I thought the hardest part would be building the product.

I was wrong.

Building is difficult.

But finding the right people, getting users, talking to customers, raising money, making decisions with limited information, and staying motivated for years is much harder than I expected.

Most people see the product.

They don't see the hundreds of conversations, mistakes, rejections, pivots, and late nights behind it.

Building a startup has taught me that execution is rarely about one big breakthrough.

It's usually about showing up every day and making small improvements for a very long time.
