Stop paying for SaaS nobody uses

by

Most companies waste 20–30% of their SaaS spend on licenses nobody's opened in months and nobody's tracking it because the data's scattered across credit card statements, SSO logs, and admin panels nobody cross-references.

I built a tool that pulls it all into one place: subscription costs, actual login activity, unused seats, renewal dates, and duplicate tools and shows you exactly how much you're wasting in $.

Sold as a one-time license, not another SaaS subscription (yes, the irony of paying recurring fees to track recurring fees isn't lost on me). Runs on your own server.

Arjith, the part that gets missed is not the tool itself, it is that nobody owns the job of cross referencing three different sources every month. I run more than one business and even I forget to check whether a seat I signed up for during a busy week ever actually got used. A one-time license instead of another subscription is the right call for something whose entire pitch is cutting spend, charging recurring fees for that would undercut the message. Curious whether the tool flags a suspicious pattern automatically or whether someone still has to sit down and review the report each month.
