Something I changed in how I evaluate property opportunities
Hey PH 👋
I’ve been experimenting with ways to improve how I research real estate opportunities.
One thing I realized:
The first decision is usually the hardest one.
Before spending hours researching a property, you need to understand if it’s even worth looking into deeper.
I used to manually compare different information:
• similar properties
• potential improvements
• rough numbers
• market details
It worked, but it became difficult when reviewing multiple opportunities.
Recently I came across a tool called FixerFlip AI that helps organize some of that early research in one place.
I still believe personal judgment and proper research matter the most, but having a better starting point has made the process smoother.
Curious how others approach this:
What’s your first step before deciding if an opportunity deserves more time?
