Solo founders: did you focus on one product or build several?

by•

Hi everyone 👋

I am Ozan, a solo founder from Finland. Over the past months I have been building several small products on my own: an invoice approval tool, an interview prep platform, a browser extension for AI prompts and a couple of smaller experiments.

Building them taught me a lot. Small products are faster to ship and each one teaches you something new. But I have also noticed the downside: marketing five things alone is much harder than building them. Every product needs its own audience, its own message and its own time.

So I am at a crossroads and I am curious how others handled this:

1. Did you start with several products or go all in on one from day one?

2. If you narrowed down, how did you decide which one to keep?

3. What signals told you a product was worth focusing on: users, revenue or something else?

I would love to hear real experiences, especially from people who have been in the same spot. I will reply to every comment.

(For context, my products live at , but I am mainly here for the discussion.)

Thanks,

Ozan
