Six months after launch, we opened the demo back up. Here's what changed.

We launched Melororium here a while back: a flat-fee workspace for small teams instead of another per-seat subscription.

Since then most of the work went into fixing gaps we only found by running our own team on it. Budget Guardian now warns at 80% of a project budget instead of finding out at invoice time. Project Alerts flags a slipping deadline before it slips, not the day after. Proposals convert straight from an accepted public link into a live project. Public Status Page gives clients a read-only link instead of a 6pm "quick update?" email.

Pricing never moved: one price for the whole team, 4 to 25 people, no per-seat billing.
