About

I spent three years paying $300/month for a fragmented stack of tools I actively disliked — ClickUp for tasks, Notion for docs, Toggl for time tracking. None of them talked to each other. All of them sent monthly invoices. So I stopped paying and started building. Melororium is a workspace for freelancers and small agencies: task management, time tracking, and team coordination in one place. One-time payment. No subscription. No renewal emails. Currently: pre-launch, collecting waitlist. If you've ever added up your SaaS costs and felt sick — this is for you.

Why I stopped paying $300/month and built my own workspace

Three years ago I was running my freelance business across four tools. ClickUp for tasks. Notion for docs. Toggl for time. A spreadsheet for invoices. $300/month total, and not one of them knew the others existed.

The breaking point wasn't the price. It was opening four tabs to answer one client question.

So I built Melororium. Tasks, time tracking, CRM, and financials one place, one payment, no subscription ever. We use it ourselves daily for our own projects and stores. Every feature on the roadmap exists because we needed it first.

Launching officially June 9th. Happy to answer anything before then what would you actually want in a tool like this? What's the one thing your current stack gets wrong?

Melororium - Pay once. Own your workspace. No monthly fees ever.

I was paying $300/month for ClickUp, Notion, and Toggl. Three tools that never talked to each other. Three invoices I'd never stop paying. So I built Melororium — tasks, time tracking, and team coordination in one workspace. One payment. No subscriptions. No renewal emails. For freelancers and small agencies tired of renting tools they'll never own. $199 one-time. Yours forever.
