Shopify is killing Stocky on August 31st — I built the replacement. Launching on PH tomorrow.

For years, Shopify merchants had something most SaaS companies charge $50–$200/month for: a free, native inventory tool baked into their admin. Supplier management, purchase orders, demand forecasting, low-stock alerts. All free. It was called Stocky.
August 31st, 2026 — it shuts down permanently. No migration tool. No replacement from Shopify.
I talked to dozens of merchants running product-based Shopify stores. The same complaint kept coming up:
"I know I need to reorder. But turning that into an actual PO and emailing my supplier is a whole separate process in Excel."
That gap — between knowing you need to reorder and actually having a purchase order in your supplier's inbox — costs merchants stockouts, lost sales, and hours every week.
So I built EZStock.
Sales velocity flags low stock → you approve the reorder → PDF purchase order is generated → supplier gets it by email in one click → stock arrives, inventory updates automatically.
The whole loop lives inside Shopify. No spreadsheets. No copy-paste. No separate email chain.
Free plan available. No setup calls. Built for merchants who've outgrown spreadsheets but don't need enterprise WMS software.

If you run a Shopify store or know someone who does — I'd genuinely appreciate an upvote. And if you've dealt with this exact problem, I'd love to hear how you're handling it now.

Wow, this looks super useful! Great work, Vlad—love how EZStock streamlines the reordering process right inside Shopify. If you're up for it, I'm launching The Sponge on PH soon—a AI‑powered flashcard app that turns any webpage into study material. Would appreciate a follow!
@rianbrob Hi, Rian! I'll check Sponge once it launches at 12:01 am. Do check out EZstock as well, would really appreciate it. Thank you
