Relaunching on PH after a quiet first attempt, also just started Android and it's humbling

Launched CalNote back in February, barely told anyone, got almost no traction. Didn't understand how much of PH is pre-launch prep, not launch day itself. Planning a proper relaunch in ~6 weeks, this time actually building an audience beforehand instead of just showing up and hoping. Also started porting to Android this week after iOS being live a while. Assumed it'd be quick since the product already exists. It is not, MVP text logging works, everything else is bugs, feels like week one all over again.

Two things I'm genuinely curious about:

1. If you've relaunched after a quiet first launch, what actually moved

the needle the second time?

2. Anyone else gone iOS-first then Android, is the "starting from scratch" feeling this rough for everyone, or am I missing something?
